Products & Customisation

Do you offer custom or personalised items?

Yes — all Furever Greys pieces are handmade in our NSW studio, and we offer personalisation on selected products. If you’re after something specific, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend referring to our sizing guide for step-by-step instructions to ensure the perfect fit for your dog.

Can I change my personalised order after placing it?

As personalised items are made to order, production begins quickly. If you’ve made an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order within 1–3 business days. Orders are then dispatched daily once completed. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for eligible items within the specified return period. Please note that personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

All products are handmade in our studio in regional NSW, Australia.

Do you support greyhound rescue?

Yes — giving back is a core part of Furever Greys. A portion of every purchase helps support greyhound rescue initiatives.
