Returns and Exchanges
We want you and your dog to love your Furever Greys pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Shipping for the replacement item will apply
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Personalised Items
As all personalised items are made specifically for your dog, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional sales are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@furevergreys.com with your order details. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
