Warranty

At Furever Greys, we prioritise quality and durability. Our limited lifetime warranty ensures that our products, when subjected to normal and proper residential use, remain free from material or craftsmanship defects for up to 5 years. This warranty extends to our leashes, collars, harnesses, martingale collars, and all gear specified as "Handcrafted by Furever Greys."

• Breakage or malfunction of the adjustment triglide or side release buckle (excluding damage from biting or shattering).
• Snap hook failure due to spring malfunction.

• Chewing. Our products aren't chew toys. We utilise top-notch materials tested for resilience. However, a dog's bite can penetrate our webbing. So, honesty counts when filing your claim!
• Cosmetic damages, including stains, colour changes, wear and tear, and minor changes that don't affect the product's functionality.
• Rust. Unless specified as waterproof, it's best not to immerse the metal components.
• Intentional damage, tampering, misuse, or alterations.
• Chipping of the waterproof coating on specific products – it's a sign of natural wear and tear.

• The lifetime warranty isn't transferable. Reselling or transferring the product to another owner voids the warranty, with exceptions for genuine gifts purchased directly from Furever Greys.
• One warranty claim per product. A replacement product from a warranty claim receives a separate 90-day limited warranty.
• Our products are designed for domestic animals. If your pet has behavioural issues or displays aggression, it's crucial to consult with professionals before using our products.
• The warranty doesn’t cover misuse, neglect, and conditions outside of regular residential use. It's vital to select the appropriate size and product type for your pet; mistakes in selection aren't covered.
• Claims are only processed for products purchased directly from our website. Furever Greys reserves the right to decline any warranty claim where there's just cause.

• Wear on specific aesthetic components, such as the reflective stripe on certain leashes.
• Cosmetic damages and natural colour fading.
• Products not explicitly labelled as waterproof shouldn't be assumed as such. Metal parts like buckles and chains aren't recommended for submersion, especially in saltwater.
