- Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days — we’re a one-woman show and appreciate your patience.

Q: How do I start the CollarCycle process?
A: Once you've emailed us your interest, we'll reply with detailed shipping instructions. When reaching out, please mention the size and design you'd like for your new collar.
Q: What happens after I mail back my old collar?
A: After receiving your collar, we'll carefully dispose of the old fabric. We then craft a brand-new collar for your pup, incorporating the hardware from your sent collar (like buckles and rings).
Q: How long will it take for my new collar to be ready?
A: Typically, your refurbished collar will be ready in about three days from when it arrives at Furever Greys HQ. We'll notify you once it's done and provide an order code granting you a 10% discount off the retail price.
Q: Are there any shipping charges for my new collar?
A: No, your recycled-hardware collar ships free of charge!
Q: Which types of collars are eligible for CollarCycle?
A: Currently, our CollarCycle program is exclusive to martingale collars and quick release collars.
Q: Are there any conditions for the hardware I send in?
A: Yes. We can't accept hardware that's rusted, broken, or tampered with. Before crafting your new collar, we'll clean the hardware to the best of our abilities.
Q: What if my collar's hardware isn't in the best condition?
A: Furever Greys reserves the right to decline participation in CollarCycle if we believe the hardware isn't up to the standard required to craft a safe collar for your pup.
Q: Do you have any packaging preferences when I send my collar?
A: We deeply appreciate it if you could use eco-friendly packaging when shipping your old collar to us. Together, let's keep this initiative green every step of the way!
