Returns & Exchanges
At Furever Greys, we want you (and your pup!) to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
🐾 Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to decide if you’d like to return an item.
🐾 Condition of Returns
Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
🐾 Personalised Items
Because personalised collars are made just for you, we can’t accept returns on these unless there’s a fault. Please double-check spelling before placing your order.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and simple instructions. Please note that items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
🐾 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or isn’t what you expected, get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

🐾 Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item, and once approved, place a new order for your preferred collar or accessory.
🐾 EU Customers
If you’re based in the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided items are in their original condition and packaging.
🐾 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. If 15 business days pass and you haven’t seen your refund, please email us at hello@furevergreys.com
