A: Once you've emailed us your interest, we'll reply with detailed shipping instructions and provide a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. When reaching out, please mention the size and design you'd like for your new collar.
A: After receiving your collar, we'll carefully dispose of the old fabric. We then craft a brand-new collar for your pup, incorporating the hardware from your sent collar (like buckles and rings).
A: Typically, your refurbished collar will be ready in about three days from when it arrives at Furever Greys HQ. We'll notify you once it's done and provide an order code granting you a 10% discount off the retail price.
A: No, your recycled-hardware collar ships free of charge!
A: Currently, our CollarCycle program is exclusive to martingale collars and quick release collars.
